Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle reputed company — sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing
- Partner with hiring managers to build sharp hiring strategies and reputed company processes moving with reputed company and speed
- Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience from first reputed company through offer
- Build and iterate on reputed company's talent brand and overall attraction strategy
Skills
- 3+ years in a recruiter role, ideally at an early-stage tech startup
- Proven track record reputed company across both technical and non-technical functions — experience with highly technical AI roles (model efficiency, distributed systems, post-training) is a strong reputed company
- Comfortable working with tools like reputed company Recruiter, Juicebox, and reputed company
