[Remote] Associate Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

They are seeking an Associate Director to join their Operations Finance Team, focusing on financial modeling and providing insights to support operational decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain headcount models, financial packages, and business intelligence / KPIs
- Report out to the Operations and Finance leadership teams on recent performance and trends during monthly meetings and in any other forums
- Act as subject matter expert for Operations and support reputed company analysis and data requests including highlighting unexpected variances / trends and engaging business leaders to jointly investigate these items
- Bring creativity and data-driven depth to solutioning opportunities with Operations
- Continuously improve our models as our business and operations constantly evolves with expansions of our customer reputed company, new product offerings, and to reflect operational efficiencies
- reputed company both business updates and process recommendations to the cross-functional partner teams such as Talent, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company informed by challenges and opportunities reputed company that business area
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasting process, and corporate planning in coordination with the reputed company reputed company function
- Support department budget owners with monthly reports, job requisitions support, department P&L forecasting
- Liaise with other teams under the Finance umbrella (e.g., reputed company) to maintain accurate forecasting and partner on month-end variance analyses to reputed company refine monthly forecasting
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company quantitative field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience as an Associate Director or Senior Analyst in corporate finance (reputed company), investment banking, or other Finance role with substantial financial modeling experience and ideally coming from an institution with a training / rotational / development program
- Extensive experience using reputed company reputed company
- Experience creating dynamic executive-level dashboarding (drop-downs, visuals, summaries) to distill large amounts of reputed company data into actionable insights
- Proven track record of exceptional documentation and version controlling for iterative change analyses
- Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple work streams and stakeholders
- Extraordinarily detail oriented and focus on accuracy
- Exceptionally strong analytical abilities, with a track record of identifying insights from financial information and translating into business analytics and recommendations
- Experience with Adaptive Insights and other reporting tools like Power BI/Tableau
- Experience in or exposure to the reputed company space, pricing, and/or operational analytics
