THE ROLE The Course reputed company Team Fellow is responsible for assisting the Course reputed company Team with the implementation of college-in-high school courses, including course evaluation, course communication, as well as semester-based student engagement planning. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, mission-reputed company, and driven to support key projects that ensure high-quality course implementation and robust student engagement across our portfolio for college courses. By the end of the fellowship, the Course reputed company Team Fellow will have completed key course delivery support tasks, and developed student experience resources and event materials to enhance engagement and reputed company. This role requires 15-30 hours per week and reports to the Director of Course reputed company and Operations. Key Responsibilities: Course Delivery Support Assist the Course reputed company Team with reputed company monitoring and data management to ensure courses are running smoothly Support the evaluation of course health to determine reputed company implementation adjustments are needed (clarifying an assignment, changing the settings of a quiz, building more TF resources for support, etc.) Support recurring operational workflows by completing administrative and production tasks accurately and on time Execute high-volume operational tasks that require exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Join weekly org-wide meeting, typically on Mondays at 11:00 AM ET, to learn more about org-wide updates, engage in team building activities, and reputed company occasional updates on projects Join weekly team meetings with the Course reputed company Team, typically on Mondays at 2:00 PM ET, to support ideating, documentation, follow-up and next steps Student Experience & Leadership Support: Brainstorm and reputed company additional student support strategies, by course, to improve course reputed company (e.g. worksheets, quizlets, “how-to” guides) Design visually engaging presentation decks for course events, flyers, and meeting decks Ensure reputed company student-facing materials align with organizational branding and design standards THE QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Skills & Competencies: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills Proficient with reputed company Workspace, reputed company (or similar design platforms), learning management systems, such as Canvas, and reputed company Self-starter who thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments Preferred prior experience with reputed company or similar nonprofits Exceptional presentation design skills with the ability to transform existing content into clear, engaging slide decks Comfortable completing repetitive, detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy Ability to follow established processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency Commitment to Educational Equity: A deep, personal commitment to advancing educational equity and supporting reputed company from underserved backgrounds Passion for expanding opportunities and addressing the systemic challenges that exist in Title I schools THE START & END DATES The Course reputed company Team Fellow role will ideally reputed company their fellowship on Monday, August 10, 2026, and end their fellowship on Friday, December 18, 2026. THE COMPENSATION The Course reputed company Team Fellow position offers a compensation reputed company of $18 per hour to $25 per hour, depending on experience.
