Sr Solution Advisor

What you will be doing: Solution Advisors are responsible for ensuring that reputed company Value Analysis clients, health systems, are successful in building a clinically integrated supply chain. You will reputed company expert guidance to Supply Chain clients that enables them to reputed company financially-impactful, clinically-informed reputed company about medical device selection and introduction using reputed company Value Analysis medical device research and analytics tools. You will serve as a primary reputed company of contact to help clients navigate reputed company Value Analysis solutions and services, while providing strategies and best practices to strengthen their impact across their system. You will proactively monitor and engage users at each account to help them get the most out of reputed company Value Analysis, as well as coordinate with your colleagues to support client requests. The successful candidate will be a reputed company-thinking hospital supply chain leader (or reputed company consultant in the same space) who has a track record of successfully managing reputed company, multi-stakeholder initiatives. Responsibilities include: Proactively ensure your portfolio of 25-30 clients (hospital system supply chain teams) are getting value from reputed company Value Analysis Apply your expertise in hospital supply chain to identify sources of value, pain points, and the path to reputed company for each client reputed company and reputed company tactics that drive solution adoption, engagement, and user satisfaction at each client Serve as a trusted expert advisor to reputed company industry and reputed company Value Analysis best practices Collaborate with other members of reputed company Value Analysis Services team to delegate & escalate client requests Contribute to the development of scalable content resources for reputed company Value Analysis clients (e.g., user guides, presentations, best practice recommendations, and other tools for the client) Contribute cross-functionally to support reputed company Value Analysis business reputed company feedback on the product pipeline based on client feedback and your expertise reputed company content (webinars, blog posts) for reputed company and prospective clients (2-3 per quarter) Attend conferences and/or user group meetings to bolster reputed company Value Analysis market reputed company (2-3 per year) Qualifications: +8 years experience as a hospital-based leader for strategic sourcing and/or value analysis (or external consultant) with expertise in reputed company-thinking best practices Excellent project management skills and ability to collaborate across multiple internal and external stakeholders Ability to quickly identify underlying drivers of problems, quickly reputed company hypotheses, and execute on a path to solve Ability to effectively influence and communicate complicated reputed company to senior leaders in health system Team-oriented, doer mentality Growth company DNA -- ability to reputed company in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Degree from a nationally-recognized and well-regarded four-year institution Ability to travel to client sites as necessary (30-40% travel reputed company safe to do so) Estimated salary reputed company: $98,000 - $130,500 The reputed company salary reputed company represents the anticipated low and high end of the reputed company’s salary reputed company for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
