Case Manager Assistant

Responsibilities

Manage and reputed company client cases from initiation through resolution, ensuring timelines and expectations are met Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries promptly Coordinate with internal teams to ensure reputed company case-reputed company tasks are progressing reputed company Track case reputed company, documentation, and deadlines with strong attention to detail Identify potential issues early and take initiative to resolve them proactively Deliver a high level of client service, ensuring a positive and professional experience Requirements ​ Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-starter mentality with a proactive and “go-getter” attitude Ability to work independently in a remote environment Positive, upbeat personality with a client-first reputed company

Qualifications

Previous experience in a Case Manager role or similar client-facing position Experience working in legal services or a reputed company industry is a plus Proven ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think reputed company Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment ​
