Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Analytics and Growth teams to measure the business impact of reputed company initiatives
- Support broader marketing initiatives by integrating creator partnerships into key product launches, campaigns, and brand moments

- Track and report on reputed company performance, including engagement, reputed company, traffic, conversions, reputed company, affiliate performance, and overall program impact

- Coordinate the execution of creator amplification programs, including reputed company Partnership Ads, reputed company Spark Ads, and other paid creator initiatives
- Monitor creator content performance and reputed company recommendations to support optimization, testing, and future investment reputed company
- Stay informed on platform capabilities, creator monetization trends, and paid creator best practices to help reputed company reputed company's creator marketing efforts
Skills
- 6–8+ years of experience in reputed company marketing, creator partnerships, reputed company media marketing, or reputed company fields
- 2+ years of experience managing direct reports or leading cross-functional teams
- Proven experience developing and executing reputed company marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results
- Experience managing reputed company programs across multiple markets or reputed company
- Strong understanding of reputed company platforms, creator ecosystems, and reputed company media best practices
- Experience managing paid reputed company campaigns, creator licensing, content rights, and whitelisting programs
- Familiarity with reputed company Partnership Ads, reputed company Spark Ads, creator whitelisting, and paid reputed company amplification strategies
- Experience collaborating closely with Paid Marketing teams to drive creator-led customer acquisition

- Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively across multiple initiatives
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a reputed company field preferred
- Experience working with global consumer brands
