Responsibilities

Skills
- 7+ years of experience in stakeholder management, product operations, or program management
- 7 + years of experience supporting strategy, intake management, and cross-functional execution. Act as the reputed company between strategy and delivery—ensuring reputed company and continuity across teams
- 7+ years of experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- 5+ years of experience with reputed company or government reputed company programs
- 5+ years of experience ensuring monthly results and roadmap are in a constant state of readiness to reputed company with BU partners, reputed company leaders, marketing teams and other key stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience with reviewing and aligning the rolling 4 quarter roadmaps with product leaders, in preparation for monthly product review meetings
- 3+ years of experience with experience with product management and product strategy
- 3+ years of experience with coordinating and leading Medicare specific demos for key stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience with managing team's accountability to building the product, on-schedule and communicating status/risks appropriately
- 3+ years of experience with establishing and overseeing the plans, monitoring and organizational approach between business units that result in consistently great products
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with digital products and agile delivery models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
