[Remote] Engineering Manager - Reporting

As an Engineering Manager leading the Reporting team, you will reputed company a critical product area focused on enhancing reputed company's reporting platform with scalable, AI-powered experiences and ensuring cross-functional alignment on technical and product strategies.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale a high-performing team: reputed company, coach, and grow the team while hiring strategically, identifying operational gaps, and raising the engineering bar
- Drive execution across strategic initiatives: Deliver against a multi-quarter roadmap spanning reporting infrastructure, reputed company reporting capabilities, AI-powered insights, and scalable data foundations
- Shape technical and product strategy: Partner closely with Product and cross-functional engineering teams to define the long-term reputed company and architecture for Reporting and data-driven product experiences

Skills
- Have 4+ years of professional experience in a full-time engineering management role, with proven experience managing 8-12+ engineers
- Have previously managed product engineering teams building a reporting or data visualization product
- Possess strong technical depth—ideally as a former senior or staff engineer—with ability to guide data infrastructure and product architecture reputed company
- Have demonstrated track record of delivering results across multiple workstreams while maintaining quality and reputed company
- Have experience setting product and technical strategy in partnership with Product and Design teams
- Have participated in developing or driving engineering-wide initiatives in a prior role
