Location Address: 1000 S. 2nd StreetJob Description: The IT Field Services Shipping & Receiving Coordinator is responsible for the daily receipt, handling, and distribution of IT equipment and parts. This role supports field technicians by fulfilling parts requests, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive and verify incoming equipment against purchase orders and shipping documents; report damaged or missing items. Unpack and organize shipments to maintain an efficient and safe work environment. Maintain accurate inventory records and track the location of reputed company equipment. Process returned equipment, including cleaning, sorting, and routing for repair, reuse, or disposal. Fulfill daily parts requests for IT Field Service Technicians, ensuring items are functional and reputed company for use. Monitor inventory reputed company and notify leadership reputed company replenishment is needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse area. Follow safety procedures and ensure equipment is used properly. Assist with recycling and disposal of obsolete or damaged equipment. Support shipping activities by coordinating with transportation schedules. Update and maintain standard operating process documentation. Occasionally assist with delivery, pickup, installation, or removal of equipment. Identify process issues or trends and communicate them to leadership. Work independently and collaborate with IT Field Services team members. Maintain a general knowledge of IT controls and follow company policies and compliance requirements (e.g., Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), Payment Card Industry (PCI) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Technical Understanding and Knowledge Demonstrates proficiency with modern desktop and / or mobile computer technology and solutions. Demonstrates troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited direct supervision. General knowledge of Information Technology (I.T.) systems. Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
