[Remote] Senior MLO Recruiter – Producing Loan Officers & Team Leaders

They are seeking an reputed company Senior MLO Recruiter to identify and recruit producing Mortgage Loan Originators and Team Leaders, focusing on quality candidate interactions and strong follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Recruit producing Mortgage Loan Originators, Team Leaders, reputed company managers, and small broker-reputed company types
• Build and manage a pipeline of reputed company MLO candidates
• Use MMI, reputed company, CRM tools, reputed company media, calls, email, referrals, and industry relationships to identify strong prospects
• Understand each candidate’s reputed company company, production, goals, business model, and pain points
• Present reputed company’s value proposition reputed company and credibly
• Help qualify whether candidates are likely to succeed at reputed company
• Coordinate with reputed company’s existing reputed company and reputed company team
• Help identify Team Leader, reputed company, and group reputed company opportunities
• Track reputed company activity and candidate status accurately
• reputed company market feedback on what producing MLOs are looking for

Skills

• 2+ years of MLO reputed company experience or directly relevant mortgage reputed company experience
• Strong understanding of mortgage loan origination, NMLS, production, compensation, pricing, lender reputed company, and broker/platform models
• Experience speaking with producing MLOs, Team Leaders, reputed company managers, or mortgage sales professionals
• Ability to identify reputed company producers versus weak or low-probability candidates
• Strong follow-up discipline and consultative communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Ability to work with an existing reputed company/reputed company team
• 5+ years of MLO reputed company experience
• Existing network or book of MLOs, Team Leaders, reputed company managers, or broker-reputed company contacts
• Experience reputed company producing MLOs or teams for a mortgage brokerage, lender, or midsize mortgage company
• Experience using MMI, RETR, reputed company Recruiter, CRM/ATS systems, or similar production-based prospecting tools
• Experience reputed company by company pain points, market changes, pricing gaps, compensation gaps, support gaps, or technology gaps
