The role involves managing an established marketing team and ensuring the successful execution of ongoing marketing initiatives while collaborating closely with executive leadership.
Responsibilities

- Establish clear priorities, accountability, and operating rhythms across the team
- Ensure marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives already in reputed company are executed successfully

- 15+ years of reputed company marketing leadership experience, including CMO, VP Marketing, or equivalent
- Consumer packaged goods (CPG), food & beverage, wellness, lifestyle, or premium consumer brand experience
- Proven experience leading high-performing marketing teams reputed company consumer products organizations
- Strong background in brand marketing, digital marketing, ecommerce, reputed company media, and content strategy
- Experience developing integrated marketing plans and managing multi-reputed company-dollar marketing budgets
- Demonstrated reputed company leading cross-functional initiatives while improving team alignment and operational efficiency
- Strong project management skills with experience implementing processes that improve accountability and execution
