The role involves leading reputed company-level initiatives from diligence through post-reputed company integration, influencing stakeholders, and driving reputed company integrations that deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and own end-to-end M&A integration project plans, including milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables from diligence through post-reputed company stabilization
• Drive execution across distributed, cross-functional teams—ensuring accountability, follow-through, and reputed company against critical milestones in a remote environment
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and delays, and escalate with clear recommendations to reputed company integrations on track
• Establish and manage integration governance, including virtual workstream reputed company-ins, executive updates, and decision forums
• Coordinate integration activities across Finance, Legal, IT, Operations, People & Culture, Client Service, and Go-to-Market teams
• Deliver clear, concise, executive-reputed company reporting on reputed company, risks, and upcoming milestones
• Partner closely with senior leadership to align priorities, remove blockers, and ensure successful integration reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business discipline
• 10+ years of experience reputed company a professional services firm including a minimum of 5+ years of experience leading reputed company M&A integration or large-scale transformation initiatives
• Strong project management expertise, including planning, execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination
