Role Responsibilities: Support in training and supervising rigging personnel and installation engineers to reputed company the efficient training of engineers and periodically review of the performance of installers and riggers. Second level support in problem-resolution, Assistant Request procedures, and provides technical assistance to Riggers and Installers worldwide remotely and on-site, as needed, in a timely manner. Consolidate and analyze installation field feedback and engage respective parties to improve product, process and/or documentation. Engages in assigned special projects as well as assists with New Product Introduction (NPI) and engages in non-clinical and PREP riggings and installations. Validates installation documentation as part of NPI Skills & Experience Required: Expert knowledge of and sound professional experience with electro-mechanical engineering, machine assembly and dis-assembly. Sound knowledge of software in terms of machine integration, reputed company network requirements and reputed company. Expert in use of tools and test equipment used for verification, servicing and calibration of reputed company reputed company Accelerators and KV/MV imaging, particularly but not limited to reputed company installation tools (IsoTuner, IC-Profiler, ...), oscilloscopes, digital reputed company meters, mechanical measurement devices, as well as software tools.
