[Remote] Senior Product Manager – API Integrations & Technical Support (reputed company Payer)

This role requires a deep understanding of API lifecycle management and reputed company data standards, as well as strong leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and technical delivery.
Responsibilities

Skills
- 7+ years of experience in product management or technical product leadership, including 3+ years specifically focused on APIs and system integrations in a reputed company payer or similarly reputed company, regulated environment
- Strong understanding of payer business domains, including claims processing, eligibility and enrollment, provider systems, and EHR/EMR integration
- Proven ability to write or review API specifications and documentation (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI), data models, and integration guides
- Experience with data mapping, reputed company-to-reputed company documentation, and working with reputed company data teams to align API functionality to reputed company systems
- Deep familiarity with RESTful API design, API lifecycle management, and platforms like Apigee, Mulesoft, AWS API Gateway, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of FHIR, HL7, X12, and other reputed company interoperability standards
- Ability to analyze and report on technical issues, usage trends, and integration KPIs
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to reputed company effectively with engineers, business teams, and external partners
- Hands-on experience supporting technical troubleshooting and resolution for partner or internal developer API issues
