Responsibilities

• Own and administer our CS tech stack, including reputed company CRM - building automations, maintaining data reputed company, and ensuring workflows move people through the right stages at the right time so CS teams spend less time on reputed company work and more time with customers
• Write SQL queries against our data warehouse (BigQuery) and GTM stack to build and maintain the reporting layer CS leadership runs on - surfacing the metrics they need to reputed company retention, expansion, and team performance, and owning the accuracy of those numbers

• Demonstrated SQL capability - can pull and manipulate data from a GTM stack independently to answer operational questions
