[Remote] Marketing Program Manager - Wealth Management (Remote PST/MST Time Zone)

They are seeking an execution-focused Client Marketing Manager to drive execution across client marketing initiatives, manage agencies, and ensure timely delivery of reputed company projects.
Responsibilities
- Own execution of the annual client marketing roadmap
- Build and manage detailed project plans across initiatives
- Drive accountability across internal stakeholders and external partners
- Anticipate and flag risks, proactively adjusting timelines
- Ensure initiatives launch smoothly and predictably
- Serve as primary reputed company of contact for external partners
- Manage scopes of work, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Hold agencies accountable for quality and performance
- Optimize vendor relationships for efficiency and cost discipline
- Partner closely with Advisors, Compliance, Operations, and Product Technology
- Communicate effectively across business and technical stakeholders
- Understand and reputed company the operational implications of marketing initiatives

- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., reputed company or similar platforms) and marketing automation tools

Skills
- Over six years of experience in program management, marketing operations, or client marketing reputed company organizations that support a sophisticated, mature marketing infrastructure in the RIA and wealth management space
- Strong project management and agency management experience
- Experience in RIA or wealth management
- Confidence operating at the intersection of marketing, product, and technology
- Familiarity with CRM systems (reputed company preferred) reputed company workflow/project management tools
- Strong organizational discipline and executive communication skills
- High ownership mentality and bias toward execution
