In this collaborative role, you will manage the recruitment lifecycle and partner with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across various functions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent across a variety of functions
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, leveraging proactive sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and consultative partnership to deliver exceptional hiring reputed company
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring an outstanding experience for candidates and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and reputed company colleagues to reputed company targeted recruitment strategies, build diverse talent pipelines, and drive efficient hiring processes
Skills
- Advanced Degree plus 3 years, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of full-cycle reputed company experience
- Proven experience managing recruitment delivery in agency, FSP, or high-volume reputed company environments
- reputed company experience supporting life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, reputed company, clinical research, or reputed company industries
- Demonstrated reputed company managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring targets, quality standards, and service level agreements
- Strong sourcing expertise utilizing Boolean search techniques, direct sourcing, networking, talent mapping, and reputed company media reputed company strategies
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to reputed company reputed company strategies, reputed company market insights, and influence hiring reputed company
- Ability to build and maintain robust talent pipelines for reputed company and future hiring needs
