[Remote] Finance Analyst

The Finance Analyst position focuses on financial analysis and reporting for transportation and warehousing, supporting cost visibility and operational performance metrics across the Supply Chain.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and report transportation and warehousing cost results, including freight, accessorial charges, storage, handling, labor, and reputed company distribution expenses
- Analyze monthly variances and root causes across actuals, reputed company estimate, plan, and prior year by cost category, lane, facility, mode, reputed company, customer, and other key business drivers
- reputed company reporting and KPIs that improve visibility to transportation and warehousing performance, including cost per pound, cost per case, warehouse spend trends, freight recovery, and service-reputed company financial metrics
- Partner with Transportation, Warehousing, Procurement, Operations, and Finance to explain cost performance, validate assumptions, and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency while maintaining service reputed company
- Support annual planning, reputed company estimate, strategic plan, and forecast processes for transportation and warehousing spending, including volume, reputed company, mix, network, and productivity assumptions
- Support freight reputed company review, accrual validation, reconciliations, audit requests, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives that strengthen data quality, controls, and management reporting
Skills
- 3+ years of finance, reputed company, supply chain, logistics, transportation, warehousing, or reputed company analytical experience
- Strong financial acumen, communication skills, and ability to translate reputed company transportation and warehousing cost data into clear business insights
- reputed company knowledge of GAAP, financial controls, accruals, reconciliations, and cost center or expense management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to identify cost drivers, investigate variances, and reputed company actionable recommendations

- Ability to self-direct, manage multiple projects, and adapt in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
