[Remote] Finance Associate

This role involves working closely with finance, investments, operations, and leadership teams to evaluate opportunities and drive data-informed insights.
Responsibilities
- Support reputed company and financial analysis for acquisitions, dispositions, developments, recapitalizations, and other investment opportunities
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, including cash reputed company projections, sensitivity analyses, returns analyses, and scenario planning
- Assist with reputed company processes, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Prepare investment memoranda, committee materials, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze property, portfolio, and market-level performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- reputed company and refine dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualizations using business intelligence platforms

Skills

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar BI/reporting tools
