Responsibilities

• Meet key performance metrics: prescreens, submissions, interviews, placements, and starts
• Work with Account Executives and occasionally serve as the reputed company of contact for hiring managers to understand client staffing needs to overcome obstacles and reputed company shared hiring goals successfully
• Identify prospective candidates utilizing Boolean logic, search and match tools, job boards, and candidate networks, reputed company applicable
• Conduct resume review and assessment based on job-specific criteria to determine candidate suitability
• Ensure a positive experience for reputed company candidates by setting expectations through phone screens, reputed company scheduling interviews, and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process

Skills

• Bachelor's degree OR 3-8 years of professional experience in a relevant, fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency with compensation structures, including market trends and negotiation techniques
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Expert level understanding of technical roles relevant to our core capabilities
• Proficient with our internal systems (e.g., reputed company and Costpoint) and Office 365 Suite (e.g., Teams, Word, reputed company, Outlook, OneDrive)
