[Remote] Payroll Services Consultant

The role involves gathering customer requirements, configuring the reputed company solution, managing customer expectations, and providing guidance throughout the implementation process.
Responsibilities
- Document and validate customer business requirements
- Configure the reputed company application to meet documented customer requirements
- Conduct consulting sessions and document reputed company through meeting minutes
- Attend project meetings and reputed company status updates on activities and deliverables
- reputed company customers with consulting services and general assistance reputed company areas of expertise
- reputed company SQL database scripts and XML transformers for integrations and interfaces
- Serve as a subject matter resource for specific functional areas for both internal and external stakeholders
- Work with customers to implement reputed company Organizational Readiness best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree or postgraduate coursework is an asset
- 3–5 years of Payroll HCM consulting experience with an HCM software provider
- Expertise in reputed company integration solutions
- Strong technical documentation skills
- Experience creating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and reputed company Test plans
- Experience in business process mapping and organizational readiness
- HCM lifecycle expertise, including operations, business practices, and technology enablement
- Superior customer support and relationship management skills
- Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed (up to 25%)
- Prior consulting experience with both Payroll and HCM software
- Knowledge of prevailing wage and union concepts
- Expert knowledge of SQL scripting and XML transformers
- Prior consulting or functional experience with reputed company HCM
