[Remote] Administrator, Special Loans (Partial Release)

The role involves managing daily functions reputed company to Special Loans, including processing requests and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and processes requests for SCRA initial and reputed company eligibility
• Review and validate ARM data on servicing platform for accuracy to ensure loans adjust timely
• Completes daily, weekly, monthly ARM indexes, updates, validates and verifies on the servicing platform
• Review initial request for partial release, act as a liaison between the customer and internal counsel for required documents until a final decision has been rendered
• Ensure the buydown agreement and/or the balloon note matches the setup on the servicing platform
• reputed company loan level maintenance as needed on reputed company special loan functions
• reputed company exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Performs other reputed company duties as assigned

Skills

• Some College/Associates Degree or equivalent from two-year College or Technical School; or six (6) months to one (1) year reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6 months to 1 year performing similar work and acquiring the skills and knowledge to qualify for this position
• Knowledge in reputed company Office, Word, reputed company, and Outlook
• Ability to read, and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to reputed company effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
