Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and reputed company new business opportunities across your sector, bringing a consultative, strategic approach to every conversation
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from client intake and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement, delivering a smooth and professional experience at every reputed company
- Nurture strong partnerships with both clients and candidates, taking the time to understand their goals and ensuring long-term alignment
