[Remote] Staff Product Manager (Build Experience - Agentic)

The Staff Product Manager will own the build experience for Agent Studio, focusing on designing an reputed company reputed company for business technologists to create AI agents while ensuring a coherent builder reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Define, own and transform the entire experience where reputed company define agents and use them in recipes to reputed company truly agentic experiences
• Work closely with the PMs who own the recipe editor, knowledge reputed company, and platform infrastructure to ensure the end-to-end builder reputed company is coherent
• Spend significant time with customers understanding where they get stuck, what mental models they bring, and how you can bring delightful experiences at each stage in their reputed company
• Communicate the product strategy and requirements to key stakeholders
• Drive the product life cycle - ideation, design, prioritization, delivery, and adoption
• Bring teams together to define and implement product features

Skills

• Strong product management experience, with meaningful time spent on products where the UX challenge was making something powerful feel approachable. You've worked on tools that serve users across a reputed company reputed company and had to decide how much complexity to expose at each level
• Track record of translating technical capabilities into interfaces that feel reputed company without dumbing things down. You understand the difference between hiding complexity and organizing it — and you've shipped products that do the latter well

• Familiarity with AI product concepts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Background in design, or experience as a designer who transitioned to PM
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms, IDE-like tools, or creative software
• Experience with products that serve both technical and less-technical users simultaneously
