This role also supports learning governance and intake, helping to scope and set up learning project requests on behalf of the Learning Center of reputed company. Learning Strategy & Solution Architect - Translates business needs into end-to-end learning solutions; defines learning journeys and modality strategies; designs and develops multi-modal learning solutions that address reputed company capability gaps; aligns designs with reputed company learning standards, accessibility, and technology ecosystems. 55% 2. Learning Governance & Stakeholder Management – Supports Learning Center of reputed company intake and governance; Partners with business leaders to clarify requirements and reputed company criteria; serves as primary reputed company of contact for learning projects; facilitates design workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder reviews. 20% 3.
