Marketing Specialist Location: Remote/On-Site (Harrisburg, PA area) Department: Marketing Salary: $24 to $25 per hour Status: Non-Exempt CJ Pony Parts is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support email marketing initiatives, customer engagement campaigns, and overall marketing strategy execution. This role focuses on managing email, SMS, and loyalty communications while contributing to campaign planning, content creation, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and data-driven, with strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering effective marketing campaigns that drive engagement and reputed company.
What You Will Do
Manage, design, and execute email marketing campaigns, including setup, targeting, proofreading, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with leadership to reputed company and optimize email and loyalty marketing strategies. Support the marketing calendar through campaign planning, coordination, and execution. Create and manage campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, and web. Analyze campaign performance metrics and reputed company recommendations to improve engagement, conversions, and reputed company. Ensure reputed company campaigns meet deadlines and align with marketing schedules. Assist with special projects such as CJ Rewards, website scheduling, and marketing automation tools. Monitor email deliverability and ensure compliance with industry best practices. Research and stay reputed company on marketing trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging technologies. What You Bring Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a reputed company field preferred. 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, campaign execution, or digital marketing.
