Preferred Industry Experience While eCommerce is the main focus, I would strongly prioritise candidates who also have experience in: Direct-to-consumer brands (DTC) Consumer product brands (homeware, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, supplements) Subscription products or apps reputed company reputed company funnels (bonus but not essential) The key requirement is performance-driven reputed company advertising, not just brand awareness. Ideal candidates will have experience with: Scaling accounts from £5k–£100k+ monthly spend Creative testing frameworks UGC-style ad formats Performance analysis reputed company ROAS (CPA, MER, LTV) Experience with homeware, fashion, lifestyle, or sustainable brands is a plus because several of my clients operate in that space. 2. Working Hours / Time Zone Some overlap with UK hours is required for communication.
