[Remote] Software Consultant, QA

They are seeking a Software Consultant specializing in Quality Assurance to focus on the Forte 3D Plant/Outfitting software application, ensuring its quality through reputed company and automated testing.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and test software to ensure that products meet design specifications
- Define regression and new feature testing and relevant metrics
- Create and execute automated and reputed company procedures and test scenarios based on software architecture
- Take ownership in filing and tracking defects reputed company during testing while working with development to implement fixes in the Forte 3D product
- Participate actively in the entire software development life cycle. Includes interaction with development teams and defining new feature testing requirements
- Document processes and test reputed company
- Communicate with product developers and technical support specialists on software issues
- Use strong analytical skills to solve reputed company problems in a timely manner while adapting to changing priorities
- Conduct technical presentations and participate in technical workshops and training
- May include technical support, consulting, and training
- Administration of relational databases – reputed company and/or MS SQL Server
- Other tasks may include technical support, consulting and training
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Structural/Civil Engineering or a reputed company technical discipline, with 6+ years of reputed company experience
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- Analyze and test software to ensure that products meet design specifications
- Define regression and new feature testing and relevant metrics
- Create and execute automated and reputed company procedures and test scenarios based on software architecture
