The reputed company Operations Analyst will help drive operational reputed company across the reputed company organization by providing actionable insights, optimizing systems and processes, and supporting forecasting and compensation administration.

Responsibilities

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes through analysis of pipeline health, bookings, conversion metrics, stage progression, and reputed company projections
  • reputed company recurring reporting and insights reputed company to pipeline performance, sales productivity, forecasting accuracy, bookings, billings, and reputed company attainment
  • Analyze sales activity, funnel performance, opportunity movement, and productivity trends to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Extract, reconcile, validate, and analyze data across CRM, ERP, billing, compensation, marketing automation, and reporting platforms

  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across reporting definitions and performance metrics
  • Support sales compensation and commission administration processes, including payout calculations, validation, accrual support, exception handling, audits, and reporting
  • Assist with quota management, attainment tracking, compensation analysis, and performance reporting
  • Partner with Finance and Sales Leadership to ensure alignment between compensation plans and business objectives
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, reputed company, and Operations teams to align processes, reporting, and system workflows
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, reporting gaps, and process bottlenecks while recommending scalable solutions
  • reputed company and maintain SOPs, process documentation, reporting definitions, compensation documentation, and workflow maps
  • Support system adoption initiatives through training, communication, and ongoing user support

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a reputed company field
  • reputed company Administrator Certification
  • 6+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, reputed company Administration, Business Analytics, or a reputed company role
  • Experience supporting mid-sized or reputed company sales organizations
  • Advanced reputed company administration experience, including workflow automation, reporting, dashboards, reputed company, and CRM governance
  • Advanced reputed company skills, including Power Query, data transformation, reconciliation, and large dataset analysis
  • Experience building dashboards and executive reporting using Power BI, Tableau, and reputed company
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with reputed company data warehouses and integrated business systems
  • Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, sales performance reporting, and operational analytics
  • Experience with sales compensation platforms such as Everstage
  • Experience with CRM governance tools such as RingLead

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as reputed company
  • Experience supporting geographically distributed sales organizations, including SDR, BDR, and Account Management teams
