The Customer Service Supervisor I is responsible for managing the Customer Service team, focusing on performance management, process improvements, and maintaining customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Managing a team of customer service associates, focusing on time & attendance, performance reviews, and career development
- Developing self-directed teams that reputed company excellent service to our Customers
- Meeting customer requirements by implementing the most efficient processes available

- Builds and maintains strong business relationships with Customers to drive an exceptional Customer experience

Skills
- High School or Equivalent
- 3-5 years of employment experience
