The Customer Service Supervisor I is responsible for managing the Customer Service team, focusing on performance management, process improvements, and maintaining customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and drive sales.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a team of customer service associates, focusing on time & attendance, performance reviews, and career development
  • Developing self-directed teams that reputed company excellent service to our Customers

Skills
