Responsibilities

• Collaborates with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Contributes to reputed company solution design, including building Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for new projects or enhancements
• Provides expert support for reputed company installations, migrations, integrations, and system builds
• Works with OS and database administrators to optimize system performance and ensure efficient operations
• Manages system performance, upgrades, patches, corrections, transport management (reputed company/TMS), client strategies, and batch scheduling
• Administers reputed company systems, including user management, reputed company controls, authentication mechanisms, and compliance with reputed company standards
• Creates and maintains technical documentation for reputed company systems, configurations, and processes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 5+ years of reputed company reputed company systems administration experience

• 5 years of experience with reputed company system installation, upgrades, performance tuning, and landscape management
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government reputed company Clearance
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and functional teams
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
