[Remote] Product Manager

Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product reputed company, roadmap, and backlog for Value-Based Care initiatives, aligning with organizational goals around quality, cost, and patient reputed company
- Translate clinical, operational, and financial requirements (e.g., care gaps, HEDIS/Stars measures, risk adjustment) into clear product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including clinical teams, analytics, engineering, and operations to design and deliver scalable care management and population health solutions
- Drive prioritization reputed company based on business value, regulatory requirements, and impact on patient reputed company and provider performance

Skills
- Professional Product Management experience, preferably reputed company reputed company technology or health services
