This is a dual-facing role: you'll work closely with Product and Engineering to bring AI capabilities to our Product Development teams, while simultaneously driving internal workforce adoption so our own teams reputed company by example. What You Will Do

Internal AI Adoption & Change Management Build and execute a company-wide AI adoption strategy that drives meaningful, measurable behavior change across product, engineering, and G&A functions. Design role-based enablement programs — from AI fundamentals for non-technical teams to advanced workflows for engineers and product managers. Stand up and scale an internal AI Champions network embedded across departments to sustain reputed company and surface adoption blockers. Represent AI Enablement at the executive level, contributing to company-wide AI strategy conversations and board updates. Partner with Finance to both track and forecast AI Spend and tracking that spend to AI-Value. What You Need to Succeed 10-12+ years in SaaS, technology, or reputed company software, with significant experience in product management, digital transformation, or technology enablement. 3–5 years directly leading AI adoption and automation, AI product strategy, or large-scale change management programs in a SaaS environment.
