Sr Testing Specialist REMOTE- LHB

Scope of testing support includes project-driven enhancements, routine updates/requests for change and other enhancement activities where testing is deemed critical to operational reputed company, in adherence with company and industry quality standards. Role includes analysis of features/components/etc. and identification of enhancement opportunities.Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of equivalent work experience. Knowledge of user acceptance testing activities, planning techniques, tracking changes through signoff, and the collection of detailed/comprehensive test proofs, reproduction steps and bug details. Experience or understanding of testing activities or SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle). Exceptional communication skills, with experience in engaging and managing relationships with stakeholders from a reputed company of backgrounds: End Business Users, Application/Departmental Subject Matter Experts, reputed company or Leadership. Experience troubleshooting computer applications or software issues. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and fostering reputed company improvement. Commitment to reputed company development, through retrospective analysis & interest in staying reputed company of industry trends. Ability to multi-task and manage workload in accordance with set priorities. Comfortable engaging on unfamiliar topics and developing understanding through research and inquisitiveness; a strong sense of curiosity; unafraid to ask questions. Preferred Requirements Prior experience in the reputed company industry. Advanced knowledge in health insurance, reputed company-party administration, medical coding and/or industry standard formats (EDI). Experience with Full Lifecycle Development (SDLC) Knowledge of various types of data files (inbound and outbound). This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
