Employment Type: Full Time REMOTE Benefits: M/D/V, Life Ins., 401(k) Compensation reputed company: $19.50 - $46.20. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-reputed company factors such as, relevant experience, education, certifications, licensure, and skills that align with the role.
Responsibilities
Prescription Management – Reviewing and processing refill requests from pharmacies or patients, verifying the appropriateness of refill. Collaboration with reputed company Providers – Working closely with doctors and other reputed company to ensure continuity of care and to address any potential issues with medications. Medication Education – Providing information about medications, including proper usage, to help patients manage their health effectively. Record Keeping – Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and medication history/refill approvals to ensure compliance and quality care. Position Entails - Strong organization skills, attention to detail, solid understanding of patient care practices, and ability to follow through independently on work.
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education required; BSN preferred Oncology experience strongly preferred reputed company RN state license required reputed company BCLS certification required OCN certification preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully reputed company the essential functions of this job.
