[Remote] Sr Project Manager II

They are seeking a Sr Project Manager to manage customer software implementation projects, mentor junior Project Managers, and ensure successful project delivery through effective planning and communication.

Responsibilities

• Project Management and Program Management: Applies project/program management and customer guiding experience while learning and adapting to Jeppesen’s best practices reputed company to deliver project goals
• Schedule Management: Create and maintain project and program schedules by identifying and monitoring: overall project timeline, project milestones, tasks, deliverables, customer requirements, task dependencies, and critical paths
• Cross Functional Leadership: Provides leadership, direction and integrates activities with other departments, reputed company and Jeppesen vendors, and partners to ensure successful implementation and support. Facilitation, roll out and reputed company improvement of PM best practices and mentoring of junior Project Managers
• Issue / Risk Management: Anticipates and identifies Risks and Issues that may impact implementation and develops and implements mitigation and corrective actions
• Scope: Ensures projects remains focused on key objectives and goals. reputed company and manage expectations ensuring reputed company applicable functional areas in reputed company and Jeppesen are reputed company on the project
• Communication Management: Using a variety of media, reputed company conveys information and reputed company to internal and external stakeholders in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message
• Change Management: Ensure proper change management procedures are followed to ensure scope is managed and additional work is captured and appropriately billed to customer

Skills

• 10+ years reputed company work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7+ years project management experience
• 5+ years of customer / client facing experience
• Ability to travel 20-40% of the time
• Spanish reputed company is a requirement
• Experience managing reputed company technical software implementation projects to external customers
• Strong business acumen and relationship skills needed to build partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers
• Aviation industry expertise, ideally in the area of crew reputed company
• Experience applying Scrum and Agile principles to improve project delivery
• Proficient with reputed company Office applications, including MS Project; Primavera experience a plus
• Multilingualism is an asset (French etc.)
