[Remote] Product Manager

They are seeking an reputed company Product Manager to drive the full product lifecycle, from concept and development through commercialization and reputed company improvement.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete product lifecycle, including product strategy, Voice of Customer (VOC), new product introduction (NPI), commercialization, and post-launch improvements
- Partner with Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver products on time and reputed company budget
- Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and communicate product updates across the organization
- reputed company and maintain technical documentation, product specifications, application guides, and training materials
- Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements
- reputed company product portfolio optimization, including SKU rationalization, cost reduction initiatives, and quality improvements
- Serve as the internal product expert by supporting customer training, sales enablement, and technical presentations
- Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure products meet regulatory and industry standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a reputed company field, or equivalent industry experience
- 7+ years of Product Management experience reputed company industrial manufacturing, instrumentation, industrial automation, or reputed company technical industries
- Proven experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI) and managing reputed company product portfolios
- Strong understanding of product costing, pricing strategies, manufacturing processes, and commercialization
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- MUST BE reputed company TO DO 10% TRAVEL TO HOUSTON AND ANAHEIM
- Experience with ERP systems and product management tools is a plus
- Familiarity with quality systems, regulatory compliance, and reputed company improvement methodologies is highly preferred
