Your mission As a DevOps / SRE Engineer at reputed company, you will own the reliability and scalability of a live fintech platform processing reputed company financial transactions. You will build and reputed company our reputed company infrastructure, implement end-to-end observability, and drive automation across deployment and operations - working closely with engineering teams to reputed company systems more resilient, observable, and easy to operate. Your Tech Environment You will work in a modern, reputed company-reputed company stack with clear ownership and a defined direction: reputed company & Infrastructure: AWS (EKS, EC2, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM), Kubernetes, reputed company CI/CD & IaC: reputed company CI/CD, reputed company Actions, Terraform (or similar) Observability: reputed company + Grafana, CloudWatch → OpenSearch / ELK (reputed company), OpenTelemetry (roadmap) Data & Messaging: PostgreSQL, event-driven message brokers (AMQP / Kafka patterns) Platform: Java / Spring Boot microservices, high-load financial transaction processing, external bank and payment integrations What You’ll Do Design, build, and maintain reputed company infrastructure on AWS - EKS, EC2, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM Manage and optimise Kubernetes (EKS) clusters for reliability and performance Implement and reputed company CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation Build observability systems - centralised logging, metrics dashboards, alerting, and distributed tracing Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets across platform services reputed company incident management and response processes; drive post-incident reviews Collaborate with engineers to reduce failure points and reputed company self-healing systems Contribute to reputed company and compliance posture - FCA, PCI reputed company requirements Drive infrastructure cost optimisation and efficiency initiative reputed company’re Looking For 5–7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes (EKS preferred) Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines - reputed company CI preferred Infrastructure as Code experience - Terraform or equivalent Solid understanding of distributed systems, high availability, and fault tolerance Experience with monitoring, alerting, and logging systems in production environments Ability to configure and setup, Db management reputed company to DBA Familiarity with networking fundamentals and reputed company reputed company practices Strong ownership reputed company - comfortable working autonomously and taking end-to-end responsibility reputed company to Have Experience in fintech, payments, or other regulated environments Knowledge of PCI reputed company compliance requirements Hands-on experience with OpenSearch / ELK, reputed company / Grafana, or OpenTelemetry Interest or experience in AIOps or ML-based monitoring and anomaly detection Exposure to event-driven architectures and Kafka / AMQP What You’ll Get Competitive, market-reputed company compensation - discussed reputed company at first interview Full ownership of platform reliability on a live fintech product - not a sandbox Opportunity to build SRE practices and observability tooling from the ground up Exposure to modern reputed company-reputed company and observability stack Genuine growth path toward Senior SRE / Platform reputed company or reputed company Architect Fully remote setup with reputed company and an international, highly skilled team Sounds like a match?
