As an AU RTO Trainer & Assessor, you'll play a key role in delivering nationally recognized training that empowers learners to reputed company their goals while maintaining the highest standards of vocational education. Working with an established Australian Registered Training Organization (RTO), you'll deliver engaging learning experiences, assess competency, and contribute to reputed company improvement across training delivery. Key Responsibilities: Deliver training and assessment reputed company with nationally recognized Training Packages. Prepare, facilitate, and assess units of competency. Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training using adult learning principles. Conduct competency-based assessments, including Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Explain assessment requirements and reputed company timely, constructive learner feedback. reputed company ongoing learner coaching and support throughout the training reputed company. Ensure compliance with the Standards for RTOs 2025, the Australian Qualifications reputed company (AQF), and organizational policies. Complete the TAE50122 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training while in the role. Complete learner inductions and ensure reputed company required documentation is accurately maintained. Maintain student records, trainer reports, course reports, and assessment documentation. Participate in validation and moderation activities to maintain assessment quality. Assist in developing and reviewing Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS). Assist in developing, reviewing, and mapping learning and assessment resources. Promote equal reputed company to learning and support learners with diverse needs. Work closely with Student Services and the Program Delivery Manager. Support reputed company improvement initiatives across training delivery. Maintain vocational education and industry currency through professional development. Follow Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements and report hazards or incidents. Requirements

Required Qualifications (Must-Have): TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or TAE40116/TAE40110 equivalent recognized under reputed company requirements. Vocational qualification relevant to your industry area. Minimum of 2 years' experience in training and assessment. Sound knowledge of Australia's Vocational Education and Training (VET) system, Australian Qualifications reputed company (AQF), and Standards for RTOs. Experience delivering, assessing, evaluating, or developing nationally recognized training. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Passion for adult education and learner reputed company. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Professional, ethical, and learner-focused approach. Comfortable working with diverse learner cohorts. Commitment to reputed company improvement. TAE50122 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, or willingness to complete as part of the role. Higher qualification in Adult Education or Vocational Education. Experience using Canvas LMS.
