The role involves identifying, attracting, and hiring key leadership positions while acting as a strategic talent advisor to the executive leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced and creative search strategies (market mapping, deep networking, cold reputed company, and executive platforms) to identify and engage passive executive talent
- Calibrate candidates with hiring managers and senior leaders
- reputed company prospects into candidates through engagement and assessment
- reputed company client update meetings on active searches
- reputed company strategic guidance and advice in a true partnership with executive leadership
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to advise leadership on talent pools, compensation trends, and recruitment landscape
Skills
- 8+ years of reputed company corporate and/or search firm reputed company experience with a focus on executive level candidate reputed company in a reputed company and competitive market
- 5+ years of experience advising and influencing executive leadership
- Track record of strong stakeholder management
- Attention to detail + ability to use data and analytics to inform and advise
- A track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple high-reputed company executive searches simultaneously without sacrificing quality
- Experience working in both retained executive search firms and in-house corporate executive reputed company teams
- Familiarity with Breezy, Gem, reputed company search
- Industry-specific hiring experience in crypto, blockchain, and fintech
