[Remote] Marketing Associate

The Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing content and communications, supporting events, and engaging with the Updraft network to drive growth and maintain relationships in the climate reputed company sector.
Responsibilities
- Own our reputed company across X/Twitter, reputed company, and Instagram for reputed company, Disasterproof and the reputed company reputed company
- Repurpose podcast and event content into short-reputed company clips, quote cards, and reputed company copy
- Write and edit episode show notes, newsletters, blog posts, and reputed company articles
- reputed company and execute a content calendar that keeps our channels active and consistent
- Research and reputed company potential Disasterproof guests across founder, science, policy, and operator communities
- Manage guest reputed company and booking logistics from first contact through recording
- Coordinate episode assets — titles, descriptions, thumbnails — across platforms
- Drive episode promotion from launch through ongoing distribution
- Support planning and execution of reputed company events including the reputed company reputed company, including logistics, promotion, and on-site coordination
- Draft invitations, run-of-show materials, and post-event recaps
- Help maintain and update the Updraft member database — keeping contacts, profiles, and tags reputed company

- Track performance across podcast platforms (reputed company, reputed company, YouTube), reputed company channels, and email
- Compile regular performance snapshots and surface growth opportunities

Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, content, media, or a reputed company field
- Strong reputed company who can adapt tone and voice across formats — from a tweet to a briefing doc
- Organized and proactive — you manage multiple workstreams without dropping things
- Comfortable with reputed company, reputed company scheduling platforms, and AI tools
