[Remote] Senior Manager, Affiliate Marketing

This role is responsible for developing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies, managing affiliate programs, and leading a team of Affiliate Strategists to drive business growth and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of affiliate programs, including partner recruitment, reputed company, relationship management, and ongoing optimization. This involves day-to-day reputed company and strategic direction
• Partner closely with leadership across PR, Paid Media, and SEO to integrate affiliate strategies into holistic, full-funnel marketing campaigns

Skills

• 7+ years of affiliate experience - agency experience is required
• Demonstrated reputed company in managing and scaling reputed company-level affiliate programs
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven ability to influence C-suite clients and executives with data-driven strategy
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client programs and deadlines simultaneously
• Deep expertise reputed company major affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., Impact, reputed company, CJ)
• Mastery of integrated marketing principles and experience integrating Affiliate with PR, reputed company and performance marketing strategies
