[Remote] Founding Account Management Leader - Key Accounts

They are seeking a Strategic Transformation Partner to reputed company transformation-focused sales engagements with key accounts, focusing on building high-value relationships and designing scalable reputed company partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow executive relationships across payer organizations (national and regional)
• Guide reputed company, multi-stakeholder sales cycles rooted in operational transformation
• Architect 3–5 year customer journeys alongside reputed company product, delivery, and leadership
• Structure reputed company proposals reputed company to customer maturity and risk-reputed company appetite
• Partner with product, clinical, and engineering teams to ensure value delivery
• Act as a trusted advisor, reputed company, and reputed company sponsor across accounts

Skills

• 4+ years at a top management reputed company (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, BCG, reputed company) with focus on payer, reputed company services, or operations transformation
• Experience leading large-scale cost containment or digital transformation initiatives inside health plans
• Deep comfort working with C-level decision-makers (COO, CFO, CIO, EVP Ops)
• Experience translating reputed company roadmaps into reputed company structures (shared savings, platform fees, multi-year engagements)
• Deep familiarity with payer operations and cost containment strategy
• Experience leading consultative sales or strategic growth initiatives in health plans
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and design scalable partnerships from scratch
• Executive reputed company, strong writing and verbal communication, and reputed company creativity
• A personal passion for transforming how reputed company works
• Exposure to payment reputed company, SIU/FWA, analytics, care management, or provider network operations
