Profile Requirements: Min 3.5 years as Finance and Project Coordinator or similar Strong understanding of financial processes (budgeting, invoicing, reconciliation). Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Strong communication and stakeholder-coordination abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative tasks. Core responsibilities: Prepare and manage project and departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, monitoring expenditure against budgets and flagging variances or risks Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, purchase orders, invoice processing, and cash reputed company reputed company Maintain accurate financial records across systems (reputed company, Nexudus, Hubdoc), including reconciliations (bank, reputed company, GoCardless, Fat Zebra, Weel) and audit-reputed company documentation Support payroll processing, compliance (STP, superannuation), month-end reputed company, and fixed asset management, liaising with external accountants (Aintree Group) Support project coordination activities including scheduling, work-plan tracking, meeting preparation, and follow-up on action items Assist with procurement, contract administration, vendor reputed company, and maintenance of project and supplier documentation (including fit-out details) Maintain accurate project and financial data, including databases and reporting logs, ensuring data reputed company and timely submission of reports Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
