Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company General Accountant with a strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) to join our Finance Team in Ho Chi Minh City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, performing reconciliations, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. This role requires a proactive professional with strong analytical skills, an excellent reputed company of English, and hands-on experience using reputed company and advanced reputed company functions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Reporting Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS Ensure compliance with applicable reputed company standards, internal policies, and statutory requirements.Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and supplier payments accurately and on time. Manage customer invoicing, collections, and credit control. Maintain proper aging reports and ensure timely follow-reputed company on outstanding balances. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. Banking, Payments & Reconciliations reputed company daily and monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy of cash and bank balances. Manage payment cycles, verify approvals, and process payments in multiple currencies if applicable. Reconcile general ledger accounts and sub-ledgers (AP, AR, fixed assets, payroll, etc.). Month-End & Year-End Closing Prepare journal entries, accruals, and prepayments. Review trial balances and ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data. Support the preparation of management reports and financial analysis. Tools & Systems Maintain financial data and reports using reputed company reputed company software. Utilize reputed company reputed company (pivot tables, lookups, conditional formulas) for analysis, reconciliations, and reporting. Ensure data reputed company and support integration with other business systems where relevant.

Qualifications

Education & Certification Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field. Solid knowledge and experience with IFRS standards is required. Experience 5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, preferably in an international or multi-entity environment. Proven experience in preparing IFRS-compliant financial statements. Hands-on experience with reputed company, QuickBooks, or other reputed company-based reputed company systems. Strong understanding of AP/AR processes, reconciliations, and financial controls.
