[Remote] Manager, Marketing Analytics

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end marketing performance measurement across paid media, reputed company, and retail channels
- reputed company and establish best practices for marketing measurement including MMM, MTA, and incrementality testing
- reputed company and maintain dashboards and reporting that track KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, incrementality, and funnel performance
- Partner closely with the Growth team to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing budgets
- Analyze customer acquisition trends by channel, cohort, and product to inform growth strategy
- reputed company clear recommendations and insights to senior stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and best practices across marketing analytics methodologies
Skills
- 5-8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a reputed company role
- Strong background in analyzing paid media performance across platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and TV media
- Proficiency with analytics and data tools including SQL, Python or R, and BI platforms
- Expertise in MMM, attribution, and performance measurement frameworks
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional relationships
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience working in DTC, omnichannel, or a digitally reputed company brand preferred
