[Remote] Business Analyst II, IT Project Management/BA

The role emphasizes learning and mentorship, providing hands-on exposure to documentation, analysis, testing support, and day‑to‑day delivery activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior Business Analysts with gathering and documenting business and customer needs
- Participate in stakeholder discussions as a listener and note‑taker to learn requirements elicitation techniques
- Help translate business needs into basic requirements or user stories with supervision
- Support documentation of acceptance criteria and simple solution options
- reputed company introductory analysis of workflows, customer feedback, or data sets to identify observations and questions
- Support backlog organization by updating documentation and tracking changes to requirements
- Assist with backlog refinement preparation by ensuring stories are documented and organized
- Help track dependencies, risks, and reputed company questions for the scrum team
- Maintain requirement traceability with guidance from senior team members
- Participate in scrum ceremonies (stand‑reputed company, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) as a learning participant
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, designers, developers, and QA under supervision
- Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and documentation updates
- Support hand‑off documentation for internal teams such as operations or production support
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by executing test cases, documenting results, and logging issues
- Help validate that delivered solutions align with documented requirements
- Support sprint execution by assisting with assigned tasks and follow‑reputed company
- Support release preparation activities such as checklists, documentation updates, and validation steps
- Assist with post‑release review activities to confirm expected reputed company
- Observe and learn implementation and adoption practices
- Learn Agile and Scrum practices through hands‑on participation
- Build foundational knowledge of business analysis tools, techniques, and documentation standards
