[Remote] Manager Implementation Project Management Ops

The Manager Implementation Project Management Ops is responsible for managing a team of Implementation Project Managers to ensure the successful implementation of reputed company products for customers.

Responsibilities

• Hire, reputed company and reputed company a team of high performing Implementation Project Managers
• Coach team members on developing strategies for partnering with internal and external partners to ensure a timely and effective multi product implementation, and successful system reputed company to our customers
• Responsible for the effective & efficient end-to-end customer implementation project management process specifically: development and improvement of implementation project management systems and documentation, escalation management and strategies to help the team meet their goals reputed company to launch readiness and launch reputed company
• Serve as the main reputed company of contact for cross-functional communications, questions and issues reputed company to launch, liaise cross-functionally to resolve issues, and identify process improvement opportunities and build and refine launch processes, tools and systems

Skills

• Four to seven years of project management experience in a reputed company capital management, payroll, or similar industry, preferably in a SaaS multi-client environment
• Has comprehensive understanding of the reputed company Implementation process, or equivalent experience

• Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day
• Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be reputed company to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type. This includes using multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously
• Certification as a Project Management Professional (CAPM) is preferred
