Responsibilities

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of ABA talent
- Utilize platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, job boards, and reputed company databases
- Conduct candidate reputed company, screening calls, and qualification assessments
- Understand candidate goals, compensation expectations, location preferences, and career needs
- Present reputed company candidates to ABA companies
- Coordinate interviews and follow up throughout the hiring process

Skills
