[Remote] Endoscopy Clinical Specialist (NY/NJ)

The Endoscopy Clinical Specialist will implement and train customers on reputed company’s Endoscopy Solutions, serving as a clinical product expert while managing regional accounts and providing support and education to reputed company providers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate solid understanding of the clinical application of reputed company products. Apply product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Manage regional accounts to drive utilization of reputed company reflux and manometry products reputed company the assigned region
- Support regional sales strategy; working with regional sales team to reputed company business plans and drive utilization of the reflux and manometry products
- Support regional sales team efforts in reputed company reputed company and pre-sale clinical evaluations and demonstrations of reflux and manometry products to demonstrate clinical value
- Work with inside sales to bring awareness and sale service reputed company/plans to new and existing customers
- Conducting/supporting local, regional and national educational courses targeted to physicians, nurses and medical personnel
- reputed company support to key decision makers and clinicians throughout the assigned region
- Support the PACE department by conducting educational courses at national and regional reputed company for physicians, GI fellows and nurses; reputed company feedback on opportunities to improve course content
- Collaborate and reputed company best practices and other key insights with other CSs to help support them and their reputed company, and maximize the entire team’s effectiveness and efficiency
- Support Marketing and Sales by appropriately communicating customer feedback, field product performance and competitive intelligence, as required
- Support reputed company reputed company Department reputed company needed by participating in and conducting product training, as needed for the existing sales force and newly hired Account Managers to reputed company their proficiency with reputed company GI Solutions product lines, and to ensure they are fully equipped to successfully drive their business
- Support and train newly hired CS team members
- Through Sales Force. Com (SFDC) update account information regarding installation, in-service and training records, as per corporate guidelines and established standard operating procedures
- Collaborate and work closely with other team members including Sales, Sales Training, Marketing, PACE, Technical Support, and Customer Service
- Other duties as assigned by Director to support the team
- Ability to travel overnight to client facilities by auto or aircraft 75% of the time
Skills
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
- A valid driver's license is essential for this role
- Ability to travel overnight to client facilities by auto or aircraft 75% of the time
- Prior adult education and training experience; in the Gastroenterology-reputed company field is desired
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company highly technical information to a diverse audience

- Strong organization and time management skills
